As a resident of Long Beach for over 34 years, Kim has an intimate knowledge of Southern California, particularly its coastal communities. Real Estate was a natural fit for Kim in that it encapsulates a love of home and interior design, coupled with the fulfillment she gets from helping people embark on one of the biggest purchases of their lives.
It’s important to Kim to make sure that her clients are well represented throughout the home buying & selling process. She approaches each opportunity as a true partnership and is committed to listening to her clients, which is vital in helping to achieve their goals.
Kim worked as an integral part of a real estate team for several years before deciding to branch out on her own. It was during this time that she broadened her knowledge on all aspects of real estate, created numerous agent relationships and honed her negotiating skills to strongly advocate for her client’s best interest. She works tirelessly to study market trends to keep a pulse on the market and stays abreast of political and economic policies that impact the real estate industry.
Kim is a graduate of California State University Long Beach and continues her investment in her local community by volunteering with two local charities.
As a proponent of a healthy work-life balance, in her downtime, you can often find Kim venturing up and down the coast in her vintage 1972 Aristocrat camper with her husband and young daughter.
